To ensure that the guest-facing technology aligns with the magnificence of the resort, Nonius has been chosen to equip Evermore with our cutting-edge interactive TV solution, innovative Cast technology, Internet Access solution, and a comprehensive Network infrastructure.

Nonius TV and Cast Enhancing Guest Entertainment
During this initial phase, Nonius TV and Cast solutions were successfully deployed in 1,580 rooms spread across 316 accommodations. Our secure and seamless Cast feature enables guests to effortlessly connect their personal devices onto the in-room TV screen, creating a familiar and comfortable environment as they indulge in their favorite streaming content. Nonius’ Interactive TV GUI is fully customized with the resort’s brand, providing guests with access to a variety of relevant information and entertainment options, including TV channels, news updates, weather forecasts, flight details, and more. This not only impresses guests but also unlocks revenue opportunities through personalized content offerings while reducing staff costs through digitalization.

Nonius Internet Providing Seamless Connectivity
Nonius Guest Internet Access solution provides fast and secure access across the entire resort, including accommodations and public areas. With a custom-branded login portal, guests can confidently rely on Nonius for a robust Internet connection, enhancing their overall experience and keeping them effortlessly connected throughout their stay.

Nonius Networks and Support 24/7
Our local team, based in Orlando, US, provided installation and field engineering services. The Nonius Networks Solution, ensures seamless coverage, allowing guests to stay connected wherever they go, be it in their room, by the pool, or by exploring the facilities, ensures seamless and robust connectivity for guests and corporate needs, leveraging Aruba Networks technology and third-party systems’ integration. Our ongoing support includes proactive maintenance and remote/on-site assistance, guaranteeing peak network performance around the clock.

Today we monitor around 1,000 devices across multiple vendors, in the network and once the total Evermore project is complete it is estimated to be more than 10,000 devices!

With our 24/7 remote support and our team in the Orlando office, Evermore Resort can trust that any networking issues will be swiftly addressed. Plus, our Customer Portal offers transparent reporting on network performance and service levels, empowering the resort to seamlessly optimize the guest experience.
