Macarena Carballo Named Executive Vice President of Global Operations at VENZA
VENZA, a leading provider of data protection and regulatory compliance solutions for the hospitality industry, today announced the appointment of Macarena Carballo as executive vice president of global operations. In this new capacity, Carballo will lead all aspects of VENZA’s operations, delivering her signature customer-centric focus with a renewed emphasis on product innovation.
Since 2022, Carballo has served as the company’s vice president of operations and customer success, and she was previously VENZA’s director of customer success. She has nearly two decades of experience in the hospitality industry, previously operating in leadership roles at hotel management companies in Argentina, The Bahamas, Atlanta, Baltimore and San Diego. Carballo is a native Spanish speaker and currently resides in Atlanta, Ga.
In her new role, Carballo will oversee VENZA’s customer success, security, product development, and marketing teams, driving the central operational aspects of the company. As executive vice president of global operations, a new position at VENZA, she will serve as a member of the company’s executive leadership team and report directly to the chief executive officer. With the executive leadership team, Carballo will work to shape VENZA’s overarching global business strategy.
