INTELITY, provider of hospitality’s leading guest experience and staff management platform, is excited to announce it will be attending the 37th annual Indian Gaming Tradeshow & Convention March 27–30, 2023, at the San Diego Convention Center in San Diego.
Organized by the Indian Gaming Association, the event is the longest running gaming tradeshow and the largest gathering of tribal leaders and casino executives in North America.
During the three-day show, INTELITY will highlight its latest R5 platform — the most comprehensive guest experience platform for casino-resorts. GEMS®, INTELITY’s Guest Experience Management System, features a suite of rich staff-facing tools that boast extensive functionality and allow casino-resorts to field service and maintenance requests, while keeping up with work orders, all from one ticketing hub. INTELITY’s platform is currently deployed at numerous casino-resorts around the globe.
