Hospitality Group Blue Water Chooses Mews To Power Its Owned Hotels
Mews, an industry-leading hospitality cloud, has been selected by Blue Water to run its hotel operations.
The US hospitality group – which specializes in outdoor hospitality – manages a broad portfolio of hotels, camping grounds, RV sites and attractions, and is migrating each of its five hotels to the Mews platform.
“We wanted a PMS capable of scaling with our company's ongoing expansion, and Mews emerged as the definitive choice,” says Delana Meyer, Chief Commercial Officer for Blue Water. “Mews not only met but surpassed all criteria, from an extensive integration marketplace to delivering a seamless journey for our guests. Mews' capabilities have proven superior. Our teams were spending too long on manual tasks, and we can’t wait to empower them through Mews’ automation.”
The first Blue Water hotel is already running on Mews, with the additional four all making the move in the coming weeks. With the help of the Mews Deployment team, Blue Water created an onboarding template for their brand so that all future deployments can be done with speed and confidence.
"A major driving factor behind choosing Mews is its ease of use,” says Lorrie Miller, Regional Operations Manager for Blue Water. “Mews is a singular system that will facilitate seamless training for both current and future staff members. This strategic approach aims to establish and maintain a standardized level of excellence across all our Blue Water properties."
The brand is also using Mews Terminals and Mews Payments to create a fully connected, secure and integrated payments ecosystem.
“I'm really happy that Blue Water has joined the Mews community because they’re not afraid to think differently in pursuit of excellence,” said Richard Valtr, Mews Founder. “Our values of providing remarkable hospitality are completely aligned and we’re excited to help them continue their rapid growth across the US.”
